The treatment is performed using oiled stones. The smooth-surfaced stones glide over the skin as they are guided by hand; the basis of the movements is Swedish massage-These are achieved through various techniques, primarily slow, gentle strokes. I’ll adjust the temperature of the stones and the pressure of my touches to suit your comfort. You can let me know at any time if a movement is too strong or if the heat feels uncomfortable. It’s important for a good experience that we’re able to adapt to each other as we go.

The full-body lava stone treatment includes both the front and back. Each side includes a 10-minute relaxation segment: during this time, the movements give way to calm, lying-down rest.
